Chicken and mushroom stir fry
This quick and easy stir fry is a tasty variation for you to try. It’s one we’re sure the whole family will love.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cabbage
- ~ 8 small capped mushrooms
- ~ 100 grams of minced chicken
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Marinade
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
Method:
- Marinate the minced chicken with the marinade
- Cut the cabbage and mushroom into 2 cm x 2cm bite size pieces
- Heat up the frying pan with olive oil on medium heat
- Add mushrooms and fry until golden
- Add minced chicken and fry until golden
- Add cabbage and fry until soften
- Ready to serve.
Tips:
- You can adjust the amount of marinade to suit your taste buds
- Interchange with your favourite veggies
