Chicken and mushroom stir fry

This quick and easy stir fry is a tasty variation for you to try.  It’s one we’re sure the whole family will love.

Time: About 20 mins  Serving: 2 serves

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • ~ 8 small capped mushrooms
  • ~ 100 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Marinade 

  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp oyster sauce

Method:

  1. Marinate the minced chicken with the marinade
  2. Cut the cabbage and mushroom into 2 cm x 2cm bite size pieces
  3. Heat up the frying pan with olive oil on medium heat
  4. Add mushrooms and fry until golden
  5. Add minced chicken and fry until golden
  6. Add cabbage and fry until soften
  7. Ready to serve.

Tips:

  • You can adjust the amount of marinade to suit your taste buds
  • Interchange with your favourite veggies
