Coconut Cranberry Energy Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well combined. Add a splash of water if needed for consistency.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
