An easy weeknight meal you can put together in the same time it’d take to pick up a takeaway pizza. You can customise these with whatever toppings you like, so the possibilities are endless! Using a plain pita bread or wrap, spread on a thin layer of tomato pasta/pizza sauce. Some ideas for toppings are included below. Once ready, pop into a 180*C oven for roughly 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and base is golden.
