You have the right to ask for a replacement or refund if the product you purchased is:

• faulty
• significantly different to those shown or described to you
• not fit for purpose

Please note that you will require proof of purchase (your receipt or online tax invoice) for any approved refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued as per your original payment method. We have the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.
