Chia pudding

This simple and tasty breakfast idea is high in omega-3 and calcium. With only a few ingredients, you can prepare it the night before for a delicious and bone-healthy start to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Berries

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a jar or glass.
  2. Stir then let sit for 10 minutes, stir again.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with berries
  5. Enjoy!
