About our presenter:
Professor Kim Bennell is a Professor of Physiotherapy and the Director of the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Additionally, she holds the prestigious titles of Melbourne Laureate Professor and Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor. Over the past 30 years, her research has primarily focused on improving outcomes for people with musculoskeletal conditions, especially osteoarthritis. Furthermore, her work highlights the importance of lifestyle management, including both exercise and psychological strategies.
