Chia pudding
This simple and tasty breakfast idea is high in omega-3 and calcium. With only a few ingredients, you can prepare it the night before for a delicious and bone-healthy start to your day.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Berries
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a jar or glass.
- Stir then let sit for 10 minutes, stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with berries
- Enjoy!
