Crunchy marshmallow snacks
Kitty’s rustic, homemade nibbles are a fun recipe to make with kids and a decadent treat to share with friends and family.

Serving : ~20 pieces
Ingredients:
- 150g marshmallows (without the powder coating)
- 100g salted crackers
- 4 chocolate biscuits (either milk or dark)
- 10g butter
Method:
- Prepare a baking pan with baking paper.
- Using scissor, cut the marshmallows into smaller pieces, approximately 2cm thick in width with 3-4 cm long in length.
- Put crackers and chocolate biscuits into a bowl and crack them randomly.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over low heat.
- Put the marshmallows into the melted butter. Stir constantly with a non-stick spatula.
- Stir until the marshmallows are fully melted and runny.
- Add cracked crackers and biscuits into the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Mix them evenly and quickly to prevent burning.
- Put the mixed marshmallow and cracker into the baking paper.
- Gently press the mix with the spatula until smooth and even – approximately 3cm thick.
- Allow to cool down. Then cut with knife into the size you prefer.
- Ready to serve!
Tips:
- You can use different types of crackers or biscuits to suit your tastes.
- You can sprinkle shredded coconut on top after adding the mixture to the baking tray.
- You can also add nuts or dried fruit when you add the crackers to the marshmallow mix.
