Free Webinar: Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain and Sleep

Please join us online on Thursday 16 April, 7pm AEST, for this webinar!

Webinar overview: Sleep and musculoskeletal pain are closely connected. Many people living with conditions such as osteoarthritis or back pain experience poor sleep, yet sleep is rarely addressed as part of pain management. Join us with for a presentation by Associate Professor Michelle Hall, who will explain the two-way relationship between sleep and pain and why improving sleep can play an important role in recovery and quality of life. She will discuss practical strategies that can help improve sleep, common misconceptions about sleep and pain, and emerging research on integrating sleep care into musculoskeletal treatment.

Our presenter: Associate Professor Michelle Hall is a musculoskeletal researcher at the University of Sydney and co-director of the Musculoskeletal Research Hub. Her research focuses on improving the lives of people with osteoarthritis and chronic musculoskeletal pain through lifestyle and behavioural interventions such as exercise, sleep, and movement.
