Spicy mayo tuna cheese sandwich

Time: 15 mins
Serving : 1 serve

Ingredients:

  • Tinned tuna in spring water
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 2 slices tasty cheese

Method:

  1. Open and drain the tuna.
  2. Put tuna into a bowl, mix well with mayonnaise, sriracha, black pepper.
  3. Spread the tuna mix tuna onto the bread.
  4. Put the cheese on top on the tuna.
  5. Put the second slice of bread on top of the cheese.
  6. Ready to serve.

Tips:

  1. You can add more mayo if you prefer a creamier taste.
  2. You can add less or more of sriracha according to your personal preference.
  3. Bread and cheese can be changed to wholemeal or Swiss cheese according to your personal preference.
