Cut the passionfruit and scoop out the seeds and juice in a bowl. Tips: 1. You can strain the passion fruit and lemon before adding the honey to remove the passion fruit and lemon seeds.

Vitamin C-Boost Beverage
Serving: 2-3 people
2. Squeeze the juice from the lemons into the bowl.
3. Place 3 tbsp of honey into the bowl, and mix well.
4. Pour 2-3 tbsp of the mixture into a glass, add 1 cup of water, and mix well.
5. Ready to serve.
6. The remaining passion fruit, lemon and honey mix can be placed in a jar and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
